Charlotte real estate is still HOT despite rumors that it might be cooling off. There are many factors that go into the Charlotte real estate market in 2022, and being one the top places to live doesn’t seem to having a large effect. Although there are dozens of Charlotte neighborhoods worthy of investing in, our inventory is still low, homes are still going over asking price, and rates are rising.

Carrington is one of my favorite communities in South Charlotte. Estate homes sit on large lots with mature trees. It’s connected to Piper Glen Country Club, and it has its own separate pool and club that you can join, and it is awesome! For nominal fee, you could get to do swim team, parties, 4th of July, and it is just a great place to live – excellent access to highways, shopping and restaurants. Stonecrest, Trader Joes and the Arboretum are within 5 minutes of Carrington. Top-rated schools make this a coveted neighborhood. It’s also close to parks and the greenway.
