Ardrey Kell High School

With this school’s lowest grade being a B+ in student diversity and culture–which incorporates statistics as well as parent, student and alumni surveys–this school landed itself in the number one spot for top rated Charlotte schools. Nearby neighborhoods include:

Abingdon:

Features beautiful brick homes in the heart of the Ballantyne area of South Charlotte. The average sales price in the neighborhood is $436k with an average price per square foot of $177.

Auburn Place
This neighborhood consists of ranch style and two story homes near Blakeney in South Charlotte. The neighborhood is bordered by a running trail that runs from Audrey Kell Road to the NorthWest corner of the community. The average sales price is $245k with an average price per square foot of $127.

Fort Mill High School

Ashford On The Water
Ashford On The Water is a subdivision of beautiful brick, stone, and stucco houses with an average sale price of $355k and an average price per square foot of $119.

Meadowview
This neighborhood is off of Tega Cay drive and the average sale price is a little over $221k with an average price per square foot of $101.

Sutton Mill
This is a newer, quaint community in Northern York County. The neighborhood consist of 93 homes and is just off highway 160. Average sale price is $338k and the price per square foot averages at $119.

Marvin Ridge High School

Marvin Ridge’s lowest grade is a C+ in student culture and diversity with it’s only B grade being in extracurriculars and activities. This school as earned itself an A grade in everything else. Some of the neighborhoods near this school include:

 

Belle Grove
Belle Grove is a community that features very new homes with low, Union County taxes. Each home sits on a 1+ acre lot and are 4-6 bedrooms. The homes here range from $580k-$730k.

 

Kingsmead
This neighborhood features 92 premier custom homes, 2 pools (one with a slide AND waterfall), a tennis court, walking trails, and a fishing pond. The average home here sells for nearly $784k with an average price per square foot of $166.

 

Woodcliff
Woodcliff is in the Ballantyne West area of Charlotte. These beautiful custom homes average at about $774k with an average price per square foot of $137.

 

Cuthbertson High School

This school’s lowest grade is a B+ in Sports and Fitness with a Parent/Student overall experience of 4.2 out of 5. This school is located in the rural Waxhaw NC. District neighborhoods include:

Anklin Forrest
You can enjoy low property taxes along with an active and scenic lifestyle in this neighborhood. The average price sits right at $445k with an average price per square foot of $114.

Providence Grove
This quiet neighborhood includes a swimming pool and walking trails. The average price is $314k with an average price per square foot of $109.

Shannon Vista

This newer neighborhood offers residents low taxes, convenience with close proximity to highway 74, and large lots. The average price is $313k with an average price per square foot of $119.

 

Weddington High School

46 parents and students rated Weddington high school a 4.1 out of 5 and the school got A’s and B’s on everything except Student Culture & Diversity with the next lowest grade being a B in Health & Safety. The beautiful neighborhoods that surround this high school are as follows:

 

Chatsworth
Located on the East side of Providence Road, Chatsworth is a gorgeous neighborhood that was incepted in 2005. Average price is $657k with a price per square foot average right at $132.

Lake Providence
This neighborhood was first developed in the 1980’s and features 160 homes. The average listing price is right in between $574k-$575k with an average price per square foot of $169.

Victoria Lake
The beautiful, brick homes of Victoria lake average at $750k with an average price per square foot of $178.

Sanctuary at Weddington

This neighborhood features beautiful oak trees and wooded home sites. The homes here average at $504k with an average price per square foot of $133.
