When Danielle’s friends entrusted her with selling 20 acres of land in Oakboro, NC, she embraced the challenge. Although land sales weren’t her usual forte, she was determined to succeed. Breaking it down into two parcels—9 acres and 11 acres—Danielle set out to devise a winning strategy.

Strategy and Execution: Innovative Approaches

Danielle knew that to fetch prices above recent comps, she needed to employ every tool in her RE/MAX toolkit. From the outset, she implemented a comprehensive marketing plan that left no stone unturned. Special signage, targeted advertising, captivating drone photography and video, a dedicated domain, and strategic sign riders were just a few of the tactics she employed. But Danielle didn’t stop there. She went the extra mile, conducting tours on a UTV to showcase the land’s potential to prospective buyers.

Record-Breaking Success: Setting New Standards

Danielle’s efforts bore fruit in spectacular fashion. Last September, she sold the first parcel of 9 acres for a staggering $25,000 per acre—a record-breaking price for the area. But that was just the beginning. This April, she shattered expectations once again by selling the remaining 11 acres for an impressive $22,727 per acre. Not once, but twice in a row, Danielle achieved what many thought impossible, cementing her reputation as a force to be reckoned with in Oakboro’s real estate market.

These remarkable sales represented an 18.9% increase in price for the area, demonstrating Danielle’s exceptional ability to set new standards and surpass previous benchmarks in the local real estate industry.
